BACKGROUND: Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) is a highly contagious viral disease that affects respiratory system and other organs. It transmitted through air or contact of contaminated surfaces. Thus, physical social distancing, hand washing with soap, sanitizer are greatly persuaded. Interestingly, this pandemic does not only affect health, but also mental disorder, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) marked the presence either obsession persistent compulsive behavior, in most common form, both present. Obsession thought, image desire preoccupies someone’s mind which commonly related to anxiety. Compulsion, hand, repetitive behavior strongly derives individual do so achieve fulfillment one’s considered normal on bases daily norm. CASE REPORT: A 26-year-old woman as bank employee admitted doing repetitively unreasonable shower within approximately past 3 months. She even washes her hands more than 10 times an hour takes 5 day. very first experience all were started at beginning COVID-19 pandemic. CONCLUSION: causes serious disorders has become such nightmare worst scenario for those experiencing OCD. Physical greatly.
